Abstract:
Estimated sensitivity for O3 in case of different IFO configurations with 10W, including the shot noise coupling with feed forward gain of 100. Estimated sky localization errors are also given.
IFO configurations considered here are:
- FPMI with tilted PRM (equivalent to 1W input power)
- FPMI with blank PRM
- PRFPMI (R_SRM=0 %)
- RSE with R_SRM=70 %
We also consider four excess noise models:
- No excess
- aLIGO O1 level
- 4x aLIGO O1 level (AdV O2 level)
- 8x aLIGO O1 level
We also consider thermal noise at 300K.
Notes and Changes:
-v6: presented at the IFO configuration meeting on Apr 25
-v7: added 100K sensitivity, added notes for MZI and ALS in FPMI to reflect discussion at the meeting
-v9: added AdV O2 sensitivity curve in the comparison plot; added note for MZI saying AM generation using 45 tilted EOM is not possible with wedged EOM
