Abstract:
Measured power transmissivity for coated PRM was 10.35 %, whereas required spec was 10 + 0.1 - 0 %.
MIF subgroup concluded that PRM transmission of 10.35 % is acceptable according to shot noise coupling calculation for length control and alignment control.
See attached documents for noise difference between 10 % case and 10.35 % case. Shot noise difference is negligible.
