Abstract:
Sensitivity estimate for MICH, PRCL, SRCL, CARM, compared with DARM.

v1: Preliminary draft. Very rough suspension thermal noise.
v2: Added references for mirrors, updated Type-B suspension parameters.
v3-v5: Some more suspension parameters added, coating parameters updated.
v6: Added material properties for suspension wires.
v7: First complete version with Python codes and data attached as a zip file.
v8: Corrected ITM contribution to PRCL and SRCL (should be 0.5 instead of 1)
v8: Corrected typos in the ylabels of the plots.
v10: Added actuator noise to MICH, PRCL and SRCL.
