Produced three boards but some parts were wrong.
- U1, U2 was LT1028 instead of LT1128.
- U3 was AD628 instead of AD8672.
- R8, R10 was 27.1 Ohms instead of 100 Ohms.
- C9, C10 was 4.7 pF (?) instead of 10 nF.
- C4, C5 was 10 pF (?) instead of omit.
- L3 was 4.7 uH (?) instead of 0 Ohm.
