Abstract:

Interface Control Document of the LCGT project

Our ICD is a bit different from the conventional one which usually defines only the interface between the System as a whole and its users.
Our ICD will difine the interfaces among all the subsystems as well. We are, as you may be aware of, a very small group to do a big thing, so we are trying to reduce the workload necessary for creating documents.
Our ICD will, hence, be extended, in the near future, to cover the Configuration Control Document. Tis is quite unusual, but is an extremely efficient way, I believe, for a very small group to do a big thing!
