Abstract:

A draft of “KAGRA Collaboration Agreement (MOU)”, which is for between a group of institutions (or a single institution) and KAGRA. The purpose is to confirm the relationship officially and to proceed to the scientific observation and the next responsible contributions.
All the groups of the collaboration are supposed to file this form once. Please submit your group name and representative(s) at
https://gwcenter.icrr.u-tokyo.ac.jp/collaboration-agreement
then Executive Office will produce a draft for signing up.

If your action is before starting O3, please submit also the list of the shift candidates in the attached excel file.
